The Terms of Service exist so the commissioning process can be safe and comfortable for the both of us.

It's always on my best interest for the process to go smooth and, whenever possible, fun!

By buying a commission from me, you agree with these terms.

Payment rules

  • You must be 18 years or older to commission me;

  • Prices are in USD and I work with PayPal only, via invoice. The payment can be upfront, after the sketch or we can have a payment plan ;

  • My preferred method of contact is through my business email, which is [email protected] ;

  • I cannot offer full or partial refunds. Due to currency differences, It's like I'd be paying someone for canceling a commission.

Essential information

  • Please come to me with an idea already in mind ;

  • The only time you’ll be able to change anything in your commission will be in the sketch phase. I don’t make modifications to finished artwork. If you're getting a piece through a Patreon's tier reward, sketches won't be provided for review, unless explicitly requested by the patron.;

  • You’ll need to send me visual reference of everything that is supposed to be in the picture - besides the character, clothing, weapons and the like must be specified. I can mash up visuals from different sources as well;

  • I use my own knowledge of color theory to paint my commissions, so please don’t expect i’ll eye drop references;

  • All commissions are for personal use only! Any commercial use needs to be negotiated;

  • If a composition demands a higher level of detail, such as ornate armor or costume, complex special effects or big wings, they are subjected for an extra fee;

  • I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason;

  • I usually take weekends off from commissioned artwork. If you try to communicate to me while at it, I’ll answer as fast as possible in the following business day.

Revision policy

  • The only time you’ll be able to change anything in your commission will be in the sketch phase. Up to 2 rounds of revisions is considered normal;

  • Please be concise and clear on what you'd like me to revise. That way I can organize myself to work on it and avoid long, stretched e-mail chains;

  • Free revisions will be granted post completion only if a mistake has been made on my part, given the references provided at the start of the process (forgetting a marking for example);

  • If you're getting a piece through a Patreon's tier reward, sketches won't be provided for review, unless explicitly requested by the patron.

What I do, and what I don't

My lines of work usually flow in fantasy (either it be magical, historical or futuristic), pin-ups, playful shapes and colors and flashy effects

My work guidelines include
sfw, nsfw, human characters, fantasy race characters (orcs, trolls, elves, etc.), your original characters, furry characters, mecha and armors are okay as long they are not too intricate (i’m open to talking and negotiating though!), characters from other medias.

I won’t draw
hyper muscles, hyper bulges, big nipples, digitigrade legs, nsfw content of underage characters (get out!!!), incest, allusions to non-consensual sex, extreme graphic violence (candy gore and wacky toon violence are exceptions).

Commission Process

Here's an optional read on how it usually flows!Every process is unique, but usually it goes like this.

Send an e-mail to [email protected] stating all these informations:

Visual reference for the character, along with clothing, weapons and the like, if not specified on the sheet already.Written information of the idea you want me to portrait. What about talking a bit about your character?

  • I'll e-mail you back to let you know if I accept the commission and any extra information I may need;

  • I'll send you the sketch, which you'll see if there's any need to revise. All revisions should be done at or before this stage;

  • I'll confirm with you if the sketch is the final version;

  • I'll inform you an estimate on the delivery of the finished artwork;

  • Upon completion I'll send you a full resolution PNG file of your piece;

  • For framed portrait commissions, I'll send you a file for both the character bust and framed character bust;

  • If the file is too heavy, I'll send you a link to download it. In this case please download it as it occupies space on my personal storage;
